With the construction of the Eleanor Schnoll Bridge and eastern busway, an enhanced pedestrian link from the University to the bus terminal is being investigated.
PDT were engaged by McNab Constructions to design a concept for a new disabled compliant pedestrian link which compliments and integrates with the site while enabling additional goals such
as stormwater flow and treatment to be enabled. The design follows a philosophy of lightly touching the site and provides a heightened experience for the user while addressing night time safety issues.
