The redevelopment of Stockland Hervey Bay repositioned the centre as Hervey Bay’s largest retail hub and the premier shopping destination for the Fraser Coast.

PDT Architects collaborated with the consultant team under a D+C contract to deliver the $115 million Stage One extension that doubled the existing centre’s size to 35,000m2. Working closely with the Stockland design team, the project team delivered their vision to house major stores like Coles and K-mart, five mini-majors, an additional roof top car park and a new café precinct.
