With a narrow and long building footprint at Queensland Rail Office Ann Street, the PDT Architects design team required out of the box thinking to maximise the efficiency and multi-use of the 10-floor fit-out.

By moving away from traditional built-in offices, the new fit-out include linking walkways with social hubs and creates an efficient and collaborative work environment whilst maintaining Queensland Rails corporate branding and materiality palette.
