The Energex Warehouse Depot at Stafford was a successful collaborative effort from the PDT Architects team, Ranbury Management Group, Bellas & Reitang Engineers, WSP Engineers, Certis, Arcadia Landscape Architecture and Alder Constructions.

PDT Architects worked in collaboration with the Energy Queensland project delivery department to determine the overall aesthetics, interior layout and keeping with the brand and design guidelines, whilst adding refreshing touches to the space.

The new depot compromises of a new 1800m2 warehouse, hardstand with parking and truck wash facilities, staff parking, bicycle parking facilities and a two-storey 1700m2 office building. The office building includes two new communal kitchens, indoor lunch and dining breakout areas, alfresco balcony, amenities with lockers for all staff, meeting, conference and quiet rooms, 70 new workstations and breakout spaces for hot desks and collaborative group meetings.
