Following on from the successful reference design, established in consultation with Queensland Rail as part of the Tranche 4 project suite, PDT have been engaged under the contractor for delivery of the Bundamba Station Accessibility Upgrade. PDT have assisted the awarded contractor in development of construction documentation and delivery of the station upgrades over the duration of the contracted construction program.

Bundamba Station works include; a new footbridge with lift access, Improved accessible parking and Kiss ‘n’ ride area, raised platforms, upgraded hearing augmentation loops and tactiles, upgraded security and lighting, new signage and wayfinding, accessible amenities and ticket windows, bicycle storage facility, improved seating and extended platform shelters, and improved station building and facilities.
